Lulu and Long Wefts in Olive 007
Envy from FullMetal Alchemist
Cut 34 pieces of 1/2” high density foam, spray painted foam and covered the top and sides with the long wefts then hand sewed them into the Lulu wig base.  Afterwards, I lightly spray painted the wig hunter green to camouflage any white dried glue.
